I can't say enough good things about Mercedes- Benz of Rockville Center, but their service department needs LOTS of work!!!!!!!!!!!!! One service advisor in particular Jonathan has no idea what the words customer service means, he really isn't good at his job. This person was a rude arrogant and ignorant sorry excuse for a service advisor and he should look for another line of work. This person has no idea that the customer has to be treated with the utmost respect because that is what keeps him a customer of Mercedes-Benz of Rockville Centre. I wish this person good luck in his next job with that personality he will need it.
Brought my car in for service to their service center. Making an appointment was very easy through their website in addition to making sure a loaner car was available. My service adviser, Anthony, was excellent.
Throughout the countless vehicles I have purchased from MBRVC, the sales staff have made the buying process unbelievably easy. Mike Chase and his sales staff are the best around and made each of my purchases amazing. The service department is top notch and will never let you down. I cannot see buying from any other dealer than MBRVC, thanks again!!!

I’m not sure where to start.... but here we go. First, the environment is eye opening. Fresh and clean show room, seatings were welcoming. Second, the secretary Ms. Stephaine, omgggggggggg. Ms. Stephaine welcomed me with a smile which gave me a good impression that’s I’m going to leave her as a happy camper. She answered all my questions, even offered me tea ? or coffee. Great lady Kudos Steph??. Last but not least my Sales Rep Mr. Shane Chesney ..... Mr. Shane, you’re one of the most patient person that customers need to talk to when he or she not sure what to do. Not only he showed me what choices i may have, but made sure I understood the whole concept on buying. He not only a sales rep. He’s a teacher, a listener, and lastly a person you can relay on anytime if you have any questions. Mr. Chesney, Thank you so much for your help, knowledge and understanding about my New2018MB. Phil is the best reps that I ever dealt with in a long time, he's the state of the art sales representative that worked extremely hard to make this happen on the car and achieving the goals of how to make it happen, I highly recommend him and I give him more than a million stars and making it happen. What I loved about Phil was he took all of the time to explain all of the options with you and on top of everything he is always there to work for you!!!!!! Highly recommend him to anyone and everyone
