I leased a Mercedes-Benz GLC 300 from this dealership in 2019 and absolutely loved the vehicle itself. The leasing process was smooth, and Debbie, who is unfortunately no longer there, was fantastic to work with. Unfortunately, my experience with the service department in Hempstead over the next three years was disappointing. The biggest issue involved my tires. During routine service visits, no one ever mentioned that my tires were wearing down or approaching replacement. I was simply told I didn’t have the tire package. At no point did anyone offer the package, recommend it, or even advise me that my tires were becoming unsafe. I only learned there was a problem when my vehicle failed inspection. When I questioned the service department, I was told I had probably driven too much—even though this occurred during the pandemic and I returned the vehicle well below my allotted mileage, averaging under 7,000 miles per year. I requested a call from the service manager, but never received one. As a result, I had to purchase a full set of new tires after only about 2.5 years of ownership, something I’ve never had to do with any other leased vehicle. When my lease was nearing its end, I returned intending to lease another GLC 300. I was quoted a payment roughly $200 more per month for essentially the same vehicle, so I declined and leased elsewhere. Three years later, as another lease was ending, I decided to give them another opportunity. That visit was even more disappointing. I was told they don’t handle lease buyouts and that I should sell my vehicle to Carvana or Carmax and then come back. This was confusing because Mercedes-Benz had previously handled a lease buyout for a non-Mercedes vehicle when I originally leased my GLC. During this visit, I wasn’t offered payment options, a test drive, or even shown any vehicles on the lot. For comparison, I visited the Bayside location and received a completely different level of customer service. The experience was professional, welcoming, and focused on helping me find the right vehicle. Hopefully they’ve changed since but that’s my experience.

Vishal is hands down the best!! He made my experience getting my first car so easy and seamless and he catered to my needs every step of the way! I’d recommend him to anyone who makes their purchase here!
