I found Mercedes Benz of Rockville Center to be very professional and really a pleasure to deal with. From the moment that you pull in and are greeted by a staff member who assists you with your service coordinator. If you are waiting for your service there's a great lounge where you can enjoy a bagel or muffin and a cup of coffee. The boutique has lots of MB merchandise not to mention the nail and hair salon. This dealership is more then I expected and I would recommend to anyone looking for good service in a comfortable environment.
My Service Associate, Samantha is the best. She keeps me informed of the work needed, the price of the work, and my car is always ready when she says it will be. The service department staff is alwags nice and courteous.

My experience with Hank Woloz was fantastic. He was patient with myself and my fiancee when we came in to look at the car (we bought a 2016 C300), and he took us through every step of the process with class and friendliness. Even when I had a couple very minor subsequent issues he worked with me so that I was satisfied, and I'm confident that should I have any further needs they will be addressed expeditiously and completely. I'm very comfortable recommending him to anyone who's interested in purchasing a pre-owned vehicle from this dealer or a pre-owned Mercedes-Benz in general.
My wife and I recently shared a great experience for walking into a Mercedes Benz dealership located in Rockville Centre. Great staff. But we were truly amazed by the knowledge and honesty of the sales consultant a young lady at the front desk assigned us to. Joey is really knowledgeable and I would recommend him to friends and family, makes you feel at home and won’t waste your time.
I just bought a new E300 today. I must say, it is my best car buying experience in 30 years. In the past 30 years, I bought 12 cars (new & used). Every single time, more or less, I feel like I have to battle with the sale's agent. Not good experience at all. I choose George Glier for his high rating from Cars.com. I am happy I made the right choice. George is not trying to be your best friend. He is simply trying to find you the best deal. I would not believe it if I was not my own experience: I did not bargain at all with George. I did my home work and found a good deal on Cars.com. My wife printed out the details in case the dealership won't honor the deal. (It happened before. When we called a dealership with a deal we found on the Cars.com, the dealership said they can not find deal in their system.) We did not show our printout to George, because his deal is better than the one we found. It is better than we were expecting. My experience with George and the Rockville Center MB dealership is very pleasant and smooth. With 80+ years of experience, they truly streamlined their business to perfection. They are really the "Best of The Best". Thank you George!
Beautiful showroom. Had more cars in stock than any other dealer. From the salesman to the finance director they were top shelf - pleasant, helpful and knowledgeable.
