Your price depends on whether your Mercedes-Benz has had its first service. All prices are MSRP.
Your vehicle has already been serviced
Your price is the PO PPM price in the Already-serviced vehicles table. PO PPM is available for vehicles 8 model years old or newer with fewer than 80,000 miles.
New vehicle, before its first service
The PPM price applies only to a new vehicle before its first service: less than 1 year in service and under 10,000 miles, whichever comes first.

*EQ 1st Service is due at 2 years / 20,000 miles and the 2nd Service is due at 4 years / 40,000 miles, whichever occurs first. **EQB ISP includes the 1st Service, due at 1 year / 12,500 miles, and the 2nd Service, due at 2 years / 25,000 miles, whichever occurs first. ***EQB Add-On 1 Service covers the 3rd required service at 3 years / 37,500 miles. EQB Add-On 2 Services covers required maintenance due at both 3 years / 37,500 miles and 4 years / 50,000 miles, whichever occurs first.

PPM contracts are refundable throughout the term of the contract minus services claimed. AMG GT Black Series not eligible. Prepaid Maintenance FAQ
My car has already been serviced. Can I still buy a plan?
Yes. Vehicles that have already had a service can purchase PO PPM, if the vehicle is 8 model years old or newer with fewer than 80,000 miles. Service customers pay the PO PPM price shown in the Already-serviced vehicles tables.
When does the new-vehicle PPM price apply?
Only for a new vehicle before its first service, within 1 year of its in-service date and under 10,000 miles, whichever comes first.
Do I have to come back to Mercedes-Benz of Rockville Centre?
We would love to see you, but your plan is honored at any authorized Mercedes-Benz dealership in the United States and Puerto Rico.
What if I miss a service interval?
Your plan covers the services you purchased. A missed interval is not extended. The value of the missed service is applied toward your next required service, and you pay any difference.
What happens if I sell my car?
If you sell your vehicle privately, the remaining services transfer to the new owner with proof of ownership, a copy of the agreement and a completed transfer form. If the vehicle is traded in to a dealership, the plan ends.
Is Prepaid Maintenance refundable?
Yes. PPM contracts are refundable throughout the term of the contract minus services claimed.
Can I include the plan in my lease or finance payment?
Yes, when you purchase it together with your vehicle. Purchased later in our Service department, it is paid up front.
