All prices are MSRP. Two Mercedes-Benz programs: one for new vehicles still under the New Vehicle Limited Warranty, and one for Certified Pre-Owned vehicles.
New Vehicle Extended Limited Warranty
Terms are counted from your vehicle’s original in-service date, with a 75,000- or 100,000-mile total limit, so coverage continues up to 1, 2 or 3 years after your 4-year / 50,000-mile New Vehicle Limited Warranty. Buy it any time before the New Vehicle Limited Warranty expires. The best time to buy is within 30 days of your vehicle purchase.

The Extended Limited Warranty package may be prepaid up front. Sport AMGs are one Tier above their base and AMG 45, 63 and 65 are Tier 4. For example, a C-Class is Tier 1, a C 43 is Tier 2 and a C 63 is Tier 4. AMG GT Black Series is not eligible.
Certified Pre-Owned Extended Limited Warranty
Every Mercedes-Benz Certified Pre-Owned vehicle comes with the MBCPO Limited Warranty. The MBCPO Extended Limited Warranty extends that coverage by 1 or 2 more years with unlimited mileage once it expires. Buy it while your vehicle still has New Vehicle or MBCPO warranty coverage, ideally within 30 days of your CPO purchase.

Who can buy it
- The vehicle must still be under the New Vehicle Limited Warranty (4 years or 50,000 miles, whichever comes first)
- Original owners, or later owners who bought the vehicle privately or from a non-Mercedes-Benz dealer
- Not available for commercial, rental, law-enforcement, emergency or for-hire vehicles, gray-market vehicles or the AMG GT Black Series
If the plan is bought together with your vehicle, it can be included in your finance agreement.

MBCPO Extended Limited Warranty
Every Mercedes-Benz Certified Pre-Owned vehicle includes the MBCPO Limited Warranty: 1 year with unlimited mileage, plus any remainder of the original 4-year / 50,000-mile New Vehicle Limited Warranty. The MBCPO Extended Limited Warranty adds 1 or 2 more years of unlimited-mileage coverage once the MBCPO Limited Warranty expires.

Extended Limited Warranty FAQ
When can I buy an Extended Limited Warranty?
Any time before your New Vehicle Limited Warranty expires (4 years or 50,000 miles from the original in-service date, whichever comes first). Buying within 30 days of your vehicle purchase gets you the best price.
Can I cancel?
Yes. It is 100% refundable if canceled before the New Vehicle Limited Warranty expires. Refunds for later cancellations vary by state and are described in your agreement.
Is there a deductible?
No. There is no deductible, no prior approval and no claim paperwork. Repairs are done by an authorized Mercedes-Benz dealer.
What happens if I sell or trade in my car?
If you sell privately, the remaining coverage transfers to the new owner at no charge. The new owner completes the registration card. If the vehicle is sold or traded in to a dealer, the agreement ends.
I bought my Mercedes-Benz used. Can I buy one?
Yes, if you bought it privately or from a non-Mercedes-Benz dealer, it has not been through a Mercedes-Benz dealer’s pre-owned inventory, and it is still under the New Vehicle Limited Warranty. Certified Pre-Owned vehicles have their own MBCPO Extended Limited Warranty.
Can I include it in my financing?
Yes, if you purchase it at the time of your vehicle sale, it can be rolled into your finance agreement.
