Fleet Financing & Pre-Approval
Mercedes-Benz Financial Services (MBFS) offers financing built around corporate fleets. With one pre-approval, your business gets a set purchasing capacity, so adding vehicles is easier as your fleet grows.
A dedicated Fleet Finance Manager
Your Fleet Finance Manager works with our fleet desk and MBFS underwriters to build a financing plan around your business, not a one-size-fits-all template.

Pre-approval, once a year
Setting up a fleet financing relationship takes some paperwork up front, but it is a one-time annual process. Once you are pre-approved, you have a set dollar amount to draw on all year.

What to gather
We help you fill out the MBFS Fleet Credit application. Having these ready speeds things up:
- Contact information for your key decision-makers
- Fleet details: vehicle count, use and growth plans
- How many vehicles you expect to buy in the next 12 months
- Three full years of accrual-basis financial statements (balance sheets and income statements, with depreciation and interest itemized). Tax returns can’t be substituted.
Financing is provided by Mercedes-Benz Financial Services and is subject to credit approval. Not all businesses will qualify.
† Corporate Sales Incentive Program (CSIP) amounts shown are October 2026 Mercedes-Benz USA examples per model, for new vehicles purchased or leased by eligible businesses with a Corporate Account Number (CAN), contracts dated through November 2, 2026. Eligibility and proof of business required. CSIP is not combinable with most other Mercedes-Benz USA and MBFS offers; combinability per the current Sales Program Guide. Amounts vary by model and model year and are subject to change or cancellation by MBUSA at any time. Not everyone will qualify. See Mercedes-Benz of Rockville Centre for details.

Is there a Sam’s Club or Costco Mercedes-Benz program?
Sam’s Club members can get Mercedes-Benz member savings; see the Affinity Partners tab. Mercedes-Benz has no Costco member offer this month. If your employer takes part in the Preferred Employer Program, you may qualify through work.
How much is the incentive?
It depends on the model, model year and how you pay (lease, finance or cash), and it changes monthly. We confirm the exact amount for the vehicle you choose.
Can I combine it with other offers?
Some offers, yes. Fleet and Star Access℠ incentives can’t be combined with certain programs, including Certified Pre-Owned special APR offers. We’ll show you the best combination.
Do these programs apply to pre-owned vehicles?
No. They’re for eligible new Mercedes-Benz vehicles only. See our Certified Pre-Owned offers for pre-owned savings.
How do I find my company’s CAN?
There’s no public lookup. Your HR department or fleet manager has it, and we verify it with Mercedes-Benz at the dealership.

Star Access℠ (Affinity), Preferred Employer, Small Fleet and Corporate Sales (CSIP) incentives are offered by Mercedes-Benz USA to qualified customers on select new Mercedes-Benz vehicles from dealer stock. Not all models are eligible.
Incentive amounts vary by model, model year and purchase method (MBFS lease, MBFS finance or other) and change monthly. October 2026 program amounts are valid 10/1/2026 through 11/2/2026.
Invited: members of select Invited golf and country clubs only. Invited City Club members are not currently eligible. NAHB and Azione Unlimited member savings apply to eligible new Mercedes-Benz commercial vans only. Some partner programs require a minimum membership period and a personal offer code or control number from the partner.
