Mercedes-Benz Service A required schedule occurs at approximately 10,000 miles or 1 year, though this schedule may vary based on individual driving habits and vehicle models. When it’s time for a Service A schedule to be performed, the Flexible Service System will alert you that it’s time for service. After the first year, the second service will occur at approximately 20,000 miles or 2 years. This schedule includes the following services:

- All fluid level checks and corrections are dependent on factory-recommended service intervals for your vehicle’s year and model
- Tire Inflation Check & Correction

Mercedes-Benz Service B*
Service B schedules are due around 20,000 miles, or 1 year after the first Service A schedule was performed. Again, the exact schedule for this service is determined by the Flexible Service System alert. After that, Service B appointments are generally scheduled around every 20,000 miles. It includes the following services:
- Synthetic Motor Oil Replacement
- Oil Filter Replacement
- Brake Fluid Exchange
- All fluid level checks and corrections are dependent on factory-recommended service intervals for your vehicle’s year and model
- Tire Inflation Check & Correction
