Service A · about 60 minutes
Essential upkeep:
- Multi-point inspection
- Synthetic oil and filter change
- Tire rotation and fluid top-offs
- Tire pressure adjustment
Service B · about 90 minutes
Everything in Service A, plus:
- Suspension check
- Windshield wiper replacement
- Air conditioning maintenance
- Brake fluid replacement, where your van’s schedule calls for it
Also available during your visit
- Tire rotation and tire leak repair
- Bulb and wiper blade replacement
- Air filter replacement
- Washer fluid refill

Mercedes-Benz ServiceCARE offers three levels of protection for your van:
- Prepaid Maintenance: cover two or four of your van’s services in advance
- Extended Limited Warranty
- Complete: maintenance plus wear-and-tear repairs (tires excluded)

Reserve a loaner van when you schedule, and keep your day moving while we service yours.
How to reserve
- Book a service appointment and request a loaner when you schedule
- Complete our online loaner verification before you arrive
- Bring a valid driver’s license, plus a credit card and insurance in the same name with comprehensive and collision coverage
Good to know
- Loaners are complimentary; damage, late, cleaning or deductible charges go to the card on file
- Drivers must be 21 or older and listed on your insurance policy
- Drive within the Long Island area, up to 100 miles per day ($1.00 per mile over)
- Return it the day your van is ready, or by 7 AM the next morning
- No smoking, vaping or pets
