Vehicle Return & Exchange Policy

Mercedes-Benz of Rockville Centre wants every customer to be confident in their vehicle purchase. We encourage customers to carefully review the vehicle, pricing, equipment, financing or lease terms, and all purchase documents before completing a transaction.

Vehicle Sales

Unless otherwise specifically agreed to in writing by Mercedes-Benz of Rockville Centre, all vehicle sales are final once the transaction has been completed and the vehicle has been delivered.

We do not offer a general return, refund, or exchange period for new or pre-owned vehicles due to a change of mind or buyer’s remorse.

Returns and Exchanges

Vehicles may not be returned or exchanged after delivery except where required by applicable law or where Mercedes-Benz of Rockville Centre has expressly agreed to a return or exchange in writing.

Any manufacturer warranty, certified pre-owned warranty, service contract, Lemon Law protection, or other rights provided by applicable law remain unaffected by this policy.

Deposits and Uncompleted Transactions

Deposits, reservation payments, and transactions that have not yet been completed or delivered may be subject to separate terms and conditions provided at the time of the transaction.
